Im Auftrag eines datengetriebenen B2B‑Tech‑Unternehmens suchen wir eine/n Senior GTM AI Engineer (m/w/d), der AI‑gestützte Automatisierungen für Sales‑, Account‑Management‑ und Customer‑Success‑Prozesse entwickelt.
Diese Position ist hochgradig technisch, aber klar Business‑orientiert: AI wird hier eingesetzt, um Revenue‑Prozesse messbar effizienter zu machen.
Tasks
- Aufbau agentenbasierter Automatisierungen für Sales, AM & CSM
- Entwicklung von AI‑Co‑Piloten (z. B. CRM‑Updates, Lead‑Routing, Churn‑Signale)
- Orchestrierung von Datenflüssen über CRM, Marketing‑ & Produkt‑Tools
- Umsetzung komplexer agentischer Workflows auf Basis realer Business‑Signale
- Verantwortung für Monitoring, Qualität & Zuverlässigkeit autonomer Systeme
Requirements
- Erfahrung im GTM‑, RevOps‑ oder Sales‑Automation‑Umfeld
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in API‑Design, Integrationen & Automatisierungen
- Praxis mit LLMs, Prompt‑Design & Agent‑Logik
- Sicherer Umgang mit CRM‑Systemen (Salesforce, HubSpot o. ä.)
- Programmiererfahrung (Python, JavaScript oder vergleichbar)
- Verständnis für Business‑KPIs & Revenue‑Logik
